DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Due to strong demand throughout the holiday season, we are unable to guarantee your preferred delivery times specially on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. However we will be sending you a confirmation message regarding your preferred time of delivery. Upon confirming, kindly wait for your order/s to arrive.

THIRD-PARTY COURIER

All our deliveries are serviced by a 3rd party courier. Since they handle all the deliveries, we have no access to it. They will be reaching out to you directly for delivery through your contact number. You may message the rider for the status of the delivery. If you have further questions regarding the delivery, kindly contact them directly.

FROZEN FOOD ITEMS

All our frozen food items are cooked fresh then immediately frozen and vacuum-packed and sealed for freshness. Please refer to our Reheating Instructions for our recommended reheating and serving procedure to ensure that quality of the food is maintained.
